After the latest Plex server update I no longer have audio when movie previews are played before the movie I selected to play. Also, TV shows no longer play theme music when highlighting the show. I have made sure all the options for these features are enabled ---

Which app are you using? The latest version of the new-experience apps should have added theme music for tv shows. Theme music for movies/collections was just added back a few days ago to the latest beta testing versions. ---

As for me, I’m using an NVIDIA Shield (client), and I actually don’t have any sound during the trailer before the movie. Sometimes it works, but most of the time there’s no sound. It seems like a codec loading issue because if I fast-forward through the movie and then go back to the trailer, the sound works fine.
