You likely have G2G or Fmovies Plus installed. Or other unsupported channel plugin that uses the G2G site for video streams.
Nothing to do with Plex itself. You can add exception for plexscripthost.exe if you’re going to continue to use those channels, or uninstall those channels.
Before you grow concerned about uninstalling though, realize how they work -
The coinmine code itself is not executed. The text of the javascript and full page from that site itself is only copied to memory so that those unsupported streaming channels can rip out the video URLs to pass to Plex, then the site page is forgotten.
