# Plex Web loading glitch

Hi,

Plex Web has had a longstanding glitch in which it often stalls out with a blank slate screen, instead of loading any data.

As a workaround, I very often have to end up manually refreshing the page, each time I navigate to my Plex server.

This bug has existed for years.
