# Plex Web not working

Player Version#: Web Acces

Dear Support,

I’ve run in to an Issue with the Plex Server. The website it not reachable from my PC, but it works as “localhost” on the raspberry.

I’ve installed an 64bit bullseye (before I had an 32bit) on my raspberry4b+. After the fresh install of the new Plex Server the website is not reachable (I just get that error). But the 32400 is open on telnet.

How can I debug this issue? Where would I find the logs?
