# Plex Web - play history questions

Using Plex Web - when I goto Play history on a particular movie it shows nothing. It is a movie I know we have watched sometime. When I sort movies by date viewed it shows this movie to have been viewed “2 years ago” I have movies that go back 9 years or so. Yet when I filter by unwatched this movie shows up as unwatched (unplayed).
I found a few other movies that show as unwatched (unplayed) and then show no viewings under play history yet they show to have been watched 2, 3, 4 or 5, etc. years ago when I sort by date viewed. Where is Plex getting the info for that as I think they were viewed and I am trying to determine that for sure. I have over 1000 movies and as I record from tv a lot I get way behind watching and don’t always remember which ones I’ve really seen before.
