# Plex Windows Player - Video Messed up

Server Version#: 1.31.1.6733  
Player Version#: Version 1.65.1.3596-7b1f6d97

New Windows desktop App for Plex is causing all videos to be grayed out off bat unless I fast forward 15 sec. Audio plays fine. All videos play fine in any other player (VLC, etc). They also play fine in Plex Web and on Plex app on Roku.

Only happens on the Windows player.  
Screenshot attached showing the grey screen.  
Worked perfectly fine on prior release.

This issue is still happening only on the Plex Desktop app (non HTPC)
