# Plex wont match metadata

Server Version#: 1.22.3.4392

So recently plex stopped auto downloading the metadata for the files i’ve tried things from other forums posts like disabling ipv6 but nothing is working. i have my log files was hoping someone with a little more knowledge could help it seems like its not connecting to the outside agents at all.
