# Plex works after installing, stops after restarting machine

Server Version#: 1.21.1.3876

I am facing an extremely weird issue.

My server was running perfectly fine till yesterday when it became offline. I checked and the server was running, but couldn’t connect using “[http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html](http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html)” or from my TV. I restarted the machine, nothing happened.

Then I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling my plex server, and it worked. So, I replaced the following folders in the Plex Media Server: Plug-in Support, Metadata, Media. This point the server was running fine and I was able to play stuff on the machine and on the TV. Night, I turned off the laptop, and in the morning it stopped working again.

Reinstalled\>copied 3 folders - works fine  
Restarted Laptop\>Stops working

The cycle continues.

Anyone seen this behavior before? Any help is deeply appreciated. Uploading the logs herewith as well.
