# Plexamp - ability to play podcasts?

As the title says 🙂  
Is it possible to use Plexamp for podcasts, or is it a planned feature for a future release?

It’s a planned feature 😉 We think it’ll make for a great little podcast player.

Exactly what I came here hoping I would find out. I’m loving the podcast support. I recently bought a lifetime Plex Pass to replace my outdated (but well loved) Beyond TV installations. The podcast feature has been fantastic and I was hoping it would eventually come to Plexamp so I can seamlessly resume listening when I get to work.

I’m really loving Plex so far. Converting 14 years of Beyond TV recordings over to Plex is a bit daunting. 🙂

+1 That would be a great feature to the Plexamp.  
Started to using the plexamp a few days ago and loving it.  
It really dawned on my how much better my home ripped lossless sound in comparison to Spotify. 😃
