# Plexamp (and plex) not working

Server Version#: 1.43.1.10611
Player Version#: plexamp 4.12.4
Hi there - for some reason my plex server is no longer reachable from plexamp on my android device or plex desktop app on my local laptop. When I open plexamp all the images are blank and for plex app on desktop there is no server showing.
I removed my account on plexamp and signed in again only to be told that I have no libraries to connect to.
I have checked via web player and it is still appearing. I checked settings and it is showing that remote access is unavailable yet I’ve not changed anything. My router is still forwarding, my server local IP is static and my house is on a static WAN IP too.
I’ve rebooted the server it is running on but same issue.

It was working fine most of yesterday as I was streaming music while away from home and then around the afternoon it just stopped and haven’t gotten it running since.
Right now I’m on the same network as the server and its still not visible.
Anything recent changed which could explain it?

Solved - looks like tailscale magicdns stopped working so local server couldn’t connect to [plex.tv](http://plex.tv). Resolved and working.
