Without seeing [Plexamp logs](https://forums.plex.tv/t/plexamp-debug-logs-how-to-extract-them/753427) from that time period, it’s impossible to say, I’m not aware of anything obvious. If you have a lot of downloads, it might be refreshing them in the background? But I’m totally guessing.
