# PlexAmp Android does not recognize my lifetime pass

Sorry for the trouble! I suspect if you look at [Plexamp logs](https://forums.plex.tv/t/plexamp-debug-logs-how-to-extract-them/753427) you’ll see a 500 from plex.tv, happy to look but we’re aware of issues.
