# Plexamp - Autoplay album duplication

When controlling one Plexamp instance from another, with autoplay enabled on each, next albums are added to the queue multiple times, often three copies when controlling a headless instance from phone and desktop clients.

It would be terrific is Plexamp could be updated to detect and prevent this behaviour.

Yup, we’ll fix, need to enhance the remote control protocol so only the _target_ Plexamp runs AutoPlay. That way you can disconnect and walk away and it’ll keep running.
