# Plexamp has recently started crashing on Android

Plexamp has recently started crashing immediately after trying to play audio. I’ve updated today to the very latest version, still crashed. Then I completely removed it and reinstalled…same thing!
Any ideas? Is this a known issue? 😟

Press and hold on the app icon, click on App Info and do a FORCE STOP. Reopen PlexAmp. What are your results?

You can try switching the Audio Interface, between AAudio to OpenSL ES, and alternate to see if this is an issue.
Additionally, you can share your logs by clicking on the Settings ⚙
icon, ADVANCED, then Debugging, then clicking the Share Logs (orange button).
Download the .zip and upload it to the thread.
