# Plexamp music not found

I’m trying to get started using PlexAmp to play the music from my Plex Server, but when I ever try to create a sonic sage playlist, 99% of the songs it lists tells me “Not Found.”
But those songs are actually on my server. Example is creating a playlist of “rock and classic round” and it recommends the A/C Back in Black song. That song comes back “Not Found” Yet if I search in PlexAmp for that song, it actually does find it. I did get an openAI key and added it as well.
I did turn of external media in the server, but have been unable to successfully get a playlist to include songs from my own server/library.
I’ve tried in both the Windows App and an android phone, and both alway’s show “Not Found” for most songs.
Any suggestions on where to trouble shoot?

Sonic Sage _does not know what’s in your library_. Either:
1. Get a TIDAL sub.
2. Ask it for specific stuff in your library (e.g. “Acoustic Radiohead tracks”.
