The way Plexamp currently handles downloaded media is very strange, it basically functions as a totally separate library and interface. It would be ideal to have Plexamp integrate downloaded media into your library, and then engage an “offline mode” when no connection is available, which uses the same interface but only displaying downloaded media. ---

There’s already an existing suggestion discussing an option for Plexamp to access/use downloaded media from within the regular user interface (e.g. displaying/limiting the regular libraryview to downloaded content). Please comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes.
