# PlexAmp player on ubuntu server

I’m trying to do what is described in this post: [Plexamp for Raspberry Pi Release Notes](https://forums.plex.tv/t/plexamp-for-raspberry-pi-release-notes/368282) for plexamp on RPi, but for an Intel NUC ubuntu server, (Intel, not ARM).

Is there a build of PlexAmp for Intel? You cannot run the AppImage on ubuntu server and there rPi version also will not run on Intel.
