**Plexamp v4.50.20-beta.30**

Desktop is on the beta channel now, Android is in Play testing, and iOS is on its way to TestFlight.

**Added**

- Playing to a Caldera player shows a light for how pure its signal path is; tap it to see every step from file to speaker (needs the latest Caldera).
- Tablets use the desktop layout, with a sidebar and player bar.
- Desktop: a new setting, Always Show Artist Picture, shows the artist’s picture even over background art.

**Changed**

- Desktop: artist collections follow the page’s Grid, List or Carousel setting, like the albums.
- Desktop: artist background art shows at its own shape, so less of it is cropped.
- Long menus open scrolled to the selected option, such as the current visualizer or sort.

**Fixed**

- Background gradients no longer split into two halves with a hard diagonal edge on some albums.
- Desktop: sidebar icons stay legible in light mode with pale album art.
