Does the user that you are switching to, have access permissions for the audio library on your server? ---

Since this has worked for years, if anything it might be a glitch related to the movement of some cloud servers across regions, leading to slow/timing out requests in some cases, but I don’t think it’s a new bug. ---

I have resolved after a reboot of the Plex server. It appears that for some reason the main account can access and use the music, but until a restart has occurred secondary accounts get the issue. ---
