# Plexamp stopped working on Windows 10

The latest Windows 10 update seems to have caused Plexamp to fail. It was working before Windows automatically updated itself now it won’t connect to the server and hits 100% CPU.

I have tried:

signing out and then back in  
uninstall re-install  
reverting to version 1.0.0

I get the same problem with all of these. Is anyone else hitting the problem?

Uninstall plexamp  
clear out these folders:

```auto
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Plexamp
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\plexamp-updater
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Plexamp

```

Install Plexamp

That’s fixed it, thanks. Although:

C:\Users\<username\>\AppData\Local\plexamp-updater  
C:\Users\<username\>\AppData\Roaming\Plexamp

didn’t exist.
