# Plexamp sucks!

That’s me. The issue is that your server likely can’t access the files, and so Plexamp is skipping a file the server is refusing to serve it. Send your [Plexamp logs](https://forums.plex.tv/t/plexamp-debug-logs-how-to-extract-them/753427) and we’ll be able to give more details, but check your server, and see if the tracks are playable in the Plex web app e.g. as well.
