The machines internal ipv4 ip is **192.168.2.7** ---

@f00b4r I posted a message up there, do you know why i should open first PlexConnect.py, before Plex Media Server ? It's working without problem. Am i doing something wrong ? ---

No but I am interest in finding out why, can you start a fresh thread and include the template from the how to report a problem link (in sticky) please as I need more detail. It is late here though so will prob be the morning when I look at it. ---

idk what 192.168.56.1 is....i do not have any devices running plex accept my computer ---

Here's mine, if i run Plexconnect.py after Plex Media Server ![post-142985-0-04519900-1370852032.jpg|675x341](upload://hegIbaJP159MPHNDi6rOpFda4nm.jpg) My Plex Media Server gets another ip like you. Right click Plex media server and exit. Than run Plexconnect.py (you will see in that line "no servers discovered" but your PMS ip will be your computer local ip ) and start your Plex Media Server. Did you try this ? ---

kmanleafs... Skip the screenshots, find the PlexConnect.log in your directory. Post that. If in trouble, set settings.cfg "loglevel" to High. This gives even more info to look at... ---

Thanks for your reply Baa...unfortunately i do not have a file named PlexConnect.log and in settings.cfg...there is nothing that says loglevel... Anything else i can do??? ---

Perhaps you need to update Plexconnect. The recent versions produce a log file inside the Plexconnect template folder. ---

ATV Version: 3 DNS on the ATV: 192.168.0.7 Device and OS: PC - Windows 7 Local Plexconnect IP: 192.168.0.7 Media stored: Local drive Plex media server installed on same machine as Plexconnect. Settings.CFG [PlexConnect] port\_pms = 32400 enable\_plexgdm = True ip\_dnsmaster = 8.8.8.8 ip\_webserver = 0.0.0.0 loglevel = Normal enable\_dnsserver = False ip\_pms = 192.168.0.7 port\_webserver = 80 Hopefully this issue is similar enough to what's happening here but I'm stuck here. Obviously nothing on the ATV3 had changed. I had an error message before so I changed the "enable\_dnsserver" to false and it took care of it but I'm still stuck.
