# PlexConnect Permission Error

See below. I have setup plexconnect before with no issues but am stumped here. I setup a new pc to run this and when i try to access trailers on my apple tv’s i get the below… the apple tv just stays stuck on “Accessing Trailers”
This is probably an easy fix. So i appreciate your help!

Windows version? Running PlexConnect with administrator privileges? Using the template in the read before posting topic would help also…

This is strange. It should always mention a “real” filename…
Check if you got all the files from github and don’t have corrupted ones.
