It's not stopping there... well, maybe it kind of is. But really, it is just waiting for you to get on your couch and start using your aTV/TV. ---

@baa 1)I am unable to view any subtitles for any movies.  2) Settings arent saved if the apple tv is restarted. any help with these? ---

Subtitles: more info needed - container, codec, subtitle external/internal? Settings are saved with a proper PlexConnect shutdown - it has nothing do to with aTV's restart. ---

Thank you. will do a proper shutdown next time.  As for subs, external .srt files . they are contained in the same folder. i do see the option to turn them on. but it cant be seen on screen.  Hope thats enough info for u \*EDIT\*: I enabled opensubtitles.org. It downloaded the subs for the movie. On apple tv, under the subs options i enabled "English". When i play the movie, there are no subs present. However, when i use the web browser on my windows machine, the subs appear.  Any help on this? ---
