Server Version#: plexmediaserver-0:1.43.0.10492-121068a07.x86\_64 Player Version#: Unknown, I’m not the one playing the file, I just noticed the error on my server. Could you download your [PMS logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) and share the entire zip with me, either here or via DM. Other than the error in the system logs, what is happening on Plex? Is the server crashing as a result? Is playback impacted? ---

Thank you for looking into this. I have sent the full Plexmediaserver log via DM. PMS does not seem to have crashed when I review the logs, only he transcoder thread. It might have something to do with “stale” file locations in the media library, that do not seem to go away when I perform cleanup. ---
