Gibt es eine möglichkeit plexpy auf qnap zu installieren? Ich finde hierzu nichts.

Es gibt nur eine Anleitung für Linux.  
Definitiv nichts für Linux-Neulinge.  
Du musst wahrscheinlich den Forumsthread für PlexPy durchforsten.
