PMS is not available as a secure connection, though QNAP server is a secure connection

PMS v1.10.0.523 on QNAP TS-453A (Firmware - 4.3.4.0435)

All - I am having trouble accessing PMS on QNAP which is a secure (I bought the TSL certificate). When I try to access PMS via the website, it doesn’t identify the secure QNAP server. Instead a message is displayed saying “an insecure media server is available to connect to”. Why doesn’t it connect to the secure media server (my NAS) and allows for an insecure connection?

Any advice?

Hi, you’re talking about 2 different web sites / servers. 1) QNAP, 2) Plex
You may have installed a cert on QNAP but not on Plex. I’m trying to figure out why I cant access plex on my qnap using HTTPS - if anyone has a solution please share!
