Noticed my CPU was running high and saw 2 users showing “Transcode” in the GUI, but not “(hw)”. Checked nvidia-smi and sure enough, nothing transcoding on the card. Maybe something with the latest driver on Ubuntu? I have the same problem, since this update plex is no longer working, no transcoding, everything goes bad, please fix it ASAP. ---

I have the same issue too. Probably something along the following lines for Ubuntu: ```auto sudo -i service docker stop apt-get purge nvidia* apt-get clean apt-get update apt install nvidia-driver-440 reboot ``` ---
