PMS not scraping thetvdb

I can use some help. This started about 10 days ago before the version above.
My PMS on my synology 918 seems to be having trouble scraping tv shows from thetvdb. No posters, no metadata, nothing. Just a place holder and episodes. It seems like my synology Plex cannot connect to thetvdb. If I try manual match, it finds nothing. If I go to search options and enter thetvdb series number I get no results.
It does not have trouble scanning for new movies however.
I also have a PMS running on my 2019 shield on the same network and that one has no problem finding and refreshing theTV library with added programs.

I have emptied all cache, restarted the nas. What logs would you need?

No logs needed, there’s nothing you can do on your end anyway. This issue is caused by the fact that TheTVDB updated their API to version 3. Plex needs to update some stuff on their end to fix this.
