# PMS Windows 64-bit - opencv\_core455.dll error

Server Version#:1.29.1.6260 64-bit Windows  
Player Version#: N/A

Hi, my Plex Media Server crashes and if I try to run it again I get a message “The code execution cannot proceed because opencv\_core455.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program nay fix this problem”. In order to make Plex work, I have to restart the computer and reinstall Plex. The dll does exist in C:\Program Files\Plex\Plex Media Server. Is there a way to fix this?
