PMS won't load/crashes continually, task tray icon disappears

Server Version#:1.13.8.5395-10d48da0d

Plex Media Server.log (3.8 KB)

OK, trying to make a long story short. Just rebuilt my computer (new motherboard and M.2 SSD drive). Reinstalled Windows 10 OS, drivers, programs (PLex too), etc. Have been up and running for a week now and Plex had been working fine for those first few days. Hadn’t been using it the last couple days and when I did want to stream a TV show using it, server wasn’t available on my BR player (DLNA). I went to load it up on my PC, but low and behold, the icon in the system tray wasn’t there, no instances of it running in the background. Went to load it up again, showed in the system tray for a second, put my mouse over the icon, disappeared. Can’t access it/get it to load up at all!

I tried looking up here on the forums other people having similar issues and tried some of the few suggested remedies, but (last I looked) there are no new versions to upgrade to and I don’t have any of those .dll files that could be interfering. I’ll attach my latest log file, but I have no dump files whatsoever in the crash reports folder. (Weird?) The only thing I can think of is that I had performed Windows updates around the time I guess this started happening and maybe one of those is interfering? I did come across a post about known Windows updates that cause problems, but I didn’t have any of those installed in the list. (something new, something I missed?) Here are the few updates that were installed:
(KB4462930)
(KB4462919)
(KB2538243)
(KB2538242)
(KB4457146)
(KB890830)
(KB4230204)

I’ve been using Plex for years and never ran into this issue before. Any helpful suggestions on how to get this fixed is appreciated, otherwise I guess I’ll have to try a different server program. Thanks!
