**It’s time to listen to your users, Plex.**
After 6 years of monthly Plex Pass, I’ve just committed to a lifetime subscription. I’ve never asked for anything until now.
The removal of **Watch Together** has devastated my family. We relied on it to stay connected across the world, a shared ritual that mattered!!
The new app’s visuals are beautiful, but the functionality doesn’t match. Resume is unreliable, scrubbing doesn’t work on Roku, and basic features feel broken.
I understand apps evolve. What I don’t understand is removing cherished features without replacement and introducing features like _Discussions_ (which I’m sure is cool) that don’t address what your paying users actually want.
You’ve replaced a mature, trusted app with something immature. The promise was “better apps.” The reality feels like regression.
Here’s my ask:
**Start actively polling feature and new potential richness to your community through the app.**
Make it **visible**. Make it **official**.
Listen to the people **paying** for Plex, and deliver what they’re asking for.

You’re wasting your time. Plex sets its own agenda and doesn’t listen to its users sadly. the IOS/iPadOS App was replaced over a year ago with a vastly inferior app and it still doesn’t have feature parity with the replaced app.
