Weird one. Imported a series and all the episodes have metadata like episode names, dates, summaries, etc. On my Roku Ultra I see each episode’s thumbnail image, but on my PC when logged into the Plex server directly the poster thumbnail is not showing for the listing in the On Deck section. I’ve clicked Refresh Metadata and nothing. Shut down and restarted, nothing. Can anyone help to get the thumbnail to show on the server?

Update to PMS 1.13.2.5142 (public as of today)
TheTVDB API changed. We had all but 1 change correctly accounted for. Now it is.
Install and “Refresh All Metadata”. Everything will populate.
Thank you! I had already updated Plex today but didn’t know to click Refresh All Metadata. It worked.
