# Posters Not Showing Up

Player Version#: N/A

There are a few movie posters that I have for whatever reason are not grabbing any movie posters even after refreshing meta data, I attempted to follow the advice given in this thread but still nothing. [Empty posters again... and again](https://forums.plex.tv/t/empty-posters-again-and-again/836853)

I have tried multiple attempts to get this to work and no luck, something on Plex’s side. If you search for a movie and you see that there is no poster next to the movie it is likely that you will not be able to add any posters for whatever reason.
