Player Version#: all Samsung Smart TV
Pre-rolls for all movies is working when starting a movie on the Plex dashboard or Webviewer but not on Samsung-Smart TV. The Pre-roll is just ignored. Any idea if not supported on Samsung Player?
PS: Interesting: Pre-roll for all movies work also on Android-Plex app.
What’s the version of each Plex app installed?
The Orca app doesn’t do pre-rolls, AFAIK.
The installed version on my Samsung TV is v2.013.

Yes, that indicates that you have the Orca version. It was developed by a volunteer who is no longer able to maintain the app so it is currently unsupported and probably won’t see any future updates.
Unfortunately not on these older models.
