# Premium Account GONE?!

I used to be able to login as [j@xyz.co](mailto:j@xyz.co). But the password was changed. Apparently Someone changed the account email somehow because I registered a new account under [j@xyzs.co](mailto:j@xyzs.co) I can confirm this was impossible prior due to the existence of the account. WHAT THE HELL, I paid $150 several year ago for this lifetime account!! Update: actually the [j@xyzs.co](mailto:j@xyzs.co) is still active, but why am I unable to reset my password!? I am not receiving the email reset!

I tried resetting it several days before and realized it may not have liked my vpn, and even with it disabled I am not getting the password reset email from plex.
