Server Version#: 1.27.2.5929 Player Version#: 9.5.0.33736 The problem is simple: Whenever I play a film on a Firestick device (tried 2017 4K, 2018 SD and other modes) the film starts playing… then, maybe 3-4 seconds in, the preroll will interrupt it… and then the film will restart playing. Bug has been there for over 2 years, just never got around to posting about it. It happens very occassionally on my Android TV device as well, however nowhere near as often. ---

There is an existing thread on the subject. Some users reported the problem fixed in version 9.4.
