# Preroll trailers not working via Collections

I’m unsure if this is a bug, by design, or whether I’m missing a setting somewhere.

I have Plex to play one (unwatched library film) trailer before a film starts. When I’m on web, I see the preroll trailer whether I play a film directly from the library or through a collection, but this doesn’t seem to be the same for the Tizen app?

The only option I see in the app settings is “Player Experience → Cinema Trailers → Play 1 before film”?

- Play directly from Library (“play” on remote) = Preroll trailer
- Play from film detail page = Preroll trailer
- Play directly from Collection (“play” on remote) = NO preroll trailer
