# Prioritize Tuners

I have two tuners, an HD Homerun Extend (2 streams), and a Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-955Q (1 stream).
I would like to be able to prioritize which tuner does what. The HD Homerun Extend allows me to transcode to h264 before passing through Plex, allowing smaller file sizes for movies I might record, while the Hauppauge does not (I have to manually xcode using handbrake). It would be ideal if I could designate the recording tasks to HDHR, while the Hauppauge takes care of watching a live stream, or potentially taking care of a third recording.
