# Problem adding Terry Pratchett TV Shows

Player Version#: N/A

I have a TV library with 300+ shows, but for the life of me can’t figure out why Plex is not picking up Terry Pratchett’s Hogfather/Color of Magic/Going Postal/Wyrd Sisters.

Even renaming their folders to “Show {tmdb-XXXX}” yields no success, naming conventions are set up like so:

```auto
  Terry Pratchett's Hogfather {tmdb-4475}
    Season 1
        Terry Pratchett's Hogfather - s01e01.mp4
        Terry Pratchett's Hogfather - s01e02.mp4

```

etc

I also tried creating a copy of the above shows into a new directory & created a new library with just that directory but still nothing showed up.

That won’t work, because you cannot add the show’s folder individually to a library. You must add its _parent_ folder instead.  
So from your example above:

```auto
/TV Shows <-- add this folder to the library!
  /Terry Pratchett's Hogfather {tmdb-4475}
    /Season 01
        Terry Pratchett's Hogfather - s01e01.mp4
        Terry Pratchett's Hogfather - s01e02.mp4

```

Since we’re talking Linux, check access permissions.

The show’s title is just “Hogfather”. So it might have been mismatched before, which wasn’t cleared up by your eventually renaming.  
So perform the [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) to clear up that earlier mismatch.

(Adding the TMDB ID will also only work if your library is using the new metadata agent named “Plex TV Series”. If you are still on the old agent, remove “Terry Pratchett’s” from the folder names, then perform the [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064).)
