# Problem reading outside the network

Hello,
When I run a movie on the android app outside my network.After a few minutes, the movie is cut.Do you have a troubleshooting solution?
This is a known problem.

If you don’t have a Plex pass, you’ll need to unlock the app via in app purchase. It’s a 1 time fee of $5 for lifetime unlock per App Store.

The mobile Android app is free to download and install.
However, without a Plex Pass, you need to buy a one-time unlocking, or the app will abort playback after 1 minute.
This purchase is only valid for this particular app store account.
If you change the app store or the account, you need to buy it again.

No, only the ‘mobile’ apps require a payment. All other apps are free.

You don’t get a very good experience with a browser on a mobile device. The in app purchase is well worth it and you only get the newly released notification alerts within the app as well.

Forgot need Plex Pass for notifications for server owners.
