# Problem with subtitles

Player Version#: Web Player 4.22.3
Hi,
I installed the Plex Media Server on a PC running Windows 10.
The problem is that no matter what I do, there’s no option “More…” in the subtitles drop down list.
Also, there’s no subtitle selection at all (just says “None”) for Plex Movies (not my personal media). No option to change the font either…on the Web App at least.

More… is only available with a Plex pass.
Are subtitles embedded in the video file?
Are subtitles supplied as extra files?

Subtitles are not embedded and extra files could be added but I prefer to let Plex handle it and save me the work of starting to worry about 450+ movies \* 3+ optional languages etc.
Right now I’m able to get subtitles in 3 languages but only for my own library, using an OpenSubtitles account.
So, with Plex pass I’ll also have the option of “More…” to choose from, which is the “Plex inner subtitles downloader” just like in BS.Player, VLC etc. AND for ALL movies including those provided for free by Plex ?

It’s also just using [Opensubtitles.org](http://Opensubtitles.org)
