# Problems with extras

Hmm… sounds like something about that movie might have gotten stuck inside Plex.  
Have you tried doing a [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) (removing the movie from Plex, doing some clean-up, re-add it following the linked procedure)?
