Server Version#: 4.106.2 Player Version#: No idea I had to move Plex Server onto a different computer and it doesn’t work. I have uninstalled it at least 20 times. No matter what I do after installing I don’t get the INSTALL WIZARD to help set up the new server and whenever i log in it tells me to download Plex Server. What am I doing wrong??? ---

In order to complete the setup you need to open your Plex Media Server through its local IP. If you’re on the same machine… open [http://127.0.0.1:32400/web](http://127.0.0.1:32400/web) in your browser. If you’re on a different machine inside your home network, use http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web instead. This will bring up a wizard/dialog where you can name your server and link it to your Plex account (as well as creating your first libraries). Once you “claimed” your server (=linked it to your Plex Media Account), you’ll also be able to access it from other Plex apps or via [http://app.plex.tv/desktop](http://app.plex.tv/desktop). Nothing seems to work. How do I find the IP address for Plex? ---

Everything I do takes me to the same place. “Get Plex Media Server” done that 20 times. ---

I have tried them all… I have tried deleting the plex file off the hard drive so I could do a clean install. Same results. To let you know I have used Plex for about 10 years without any problem. Is there anything in the registry I should delete? ---

Yes… I removed that line from the registry and re-installed and it works. Thank you for your help. Now this old man can watch my movies again. ---
