# Ps4 app is broken

I’ve had no problems until recently when I’m constantly getting this error “an unexpected playback problem occurred” trying to watch something. I’ve tried everything on the ps4 and still getting the error. I tried on my laptop and phone and it’s working perfectly. I’m convinced this has something to do with the ps4 app. Please look into it.
