So I discovered recently that if I install an earlier version of plex media player the plex PS4 app works but I updated the media server and the ps4 app fails any solutions to this?
Hi @Chikec8 consider playing a movie and record the server logs for the earlier plex media server. Then update the media server and capture new logs. We can compare them to look for any discrepancies. Also, understand exactly which versions your referring to is necessary.
