I’m having an issue I’ve noticed a lot of people are having online, but when it comes to technology I am barely functional, so please, someone explain this to me as if I were a child. I managed to get everything set up, my internet speed is 84 Mbps and no matter what I do to the settings in the Plex app or on the PS4, the picture is blurry. I checked the video quality and it’s perfect, it plays perfectly on the computer, it plays perfectly on the Plex app on the computer, but when I pull it up on the PS4 it looks like I’m watching a VHS tape. It’s driving me crazy! How do I fix this!?
