# PS4 Plex not working

Server Version#:Doesn’t matter  
Player Version#:  
So we had power outages. Once power came back on Plex was not working on PS4. I uninstalled it completely and re-installed. Launch it and you only get plex logo then a black screen. Never get to the point where you get the splash page to link it to your account or anything. It just will not work at all.
