# PS4 /Sony Tv Plex not working

I don’t not have a Plex Media Server myself I just have an account and used ps4 and my tv to watch. I just made a account and my friend shares his libraries with me…the app updated on ps4 and not doesn’t not work…states unable to connect …I tried everything I can think of…Plex works if I watch on my laptop or iPad but just not ps4 or tv…I reset my router deleted the app and reinstalled nothing is working…I’m at me wits end please help thanks
