# PS5 - Music stuck buffering

Server Version#: Windows 1.43.4.10903  
Player Version#: current as of Sept 25, 2026

Recently, my PS5 has gotten stuck in a buffering loop when trying to play songs out of a Music Library.

On the server side, it gives a ton of messages like this:

Sep 25, 2026 20:09:09.105 [10232] DEBUG - [Req#87377/Transcode/yzjbt2neg1hvfbehc4rhqgdj/af8b6c09-92c9-4ab5-a008-df3984a85ac9] Transcoder segment range: 0 - 1437 (1436)

and those keep going but nothing starts playing on the PS5.

I have tried reinstalling the app on PS5, restarting PS5 and PC, clearing the server cache, clearing the server codecs, clearing the transcode sessions.

Any thoughts?
